That’s where the Accelerate program comes in, offering a supportive launchpad for career start education professionals.
Accelerate has been designed to bridge the gap between theory and practice, deepening the knowledge and understanding of the reality of the profession. The aim is to support Graduates during their first two years of their education career to excel and navigate the complexities of the profession without diminished health and wellbeing outcomes.
Engaging interactions, mentorship and coaching opportunities, and collaborative learning experiences foster professional growth, ensuring that participants develop a solid foundation as they embark on their education profession careers.
The Accelerate program recognises the importance of real-world exposure and hands-on experience. We leverage global case studies that expose early career education professionals to key learnings from within the education sector but importantly from the business world as well.

The 90-Day Plan for a Graduate education professional entering the industry is a strategic roadmap designed to facilitate a smooth transition into the field and set the foundation for a successful career. This plan focuses on three main areas: professional development, classroom responsiveness, and building relationships.
During the program participants can utilise member log-in services to access a wealth of valuable resources, such as educational materials, industry insights, tools, and guides.
* Strategic consulting session days and times are subject to mutual agreement, but the program delivery is flexible due to the nature of the role and our understanding of what happens in schools on a daily basis can shift rapidly.
* Additional consulting sessions can be arranged.
